Welcome to Anette Eriksson Design! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Anette Eriksson Design. This website and store are operated by us and powered by Shopify to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
     You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your location and agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
  2. OUR PRODUCTS
     We do our best to represent products accurately, but colors may vary based on your screen settings. We may modify or discontinue products without notice.Some products, such as downloadable PDF patterns, are delivered digitally.
     Digital products are non-refundable once the download has started, in line with EU consumer law and our Refund Policy.
  3. ORDERS
     Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us. Payment must be received and processed first. Please review your order before confirming, as cancellations may not be possible. By purchasing a digital product, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period once the download has started. Digital purchases are final and non-refundable. All orders are for personal use only.
  4. PRICES AND BILLING
     Prices are listed in your local currency unless otherwise stated. Shipping and taxes may apply. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotional offers at any time.
  5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
     Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events. Risk transfers to you once shipped.
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
     All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Anette Eriksson Design or our licensors. Use of our content without permission is prohibited.
  7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
     We may offer access to third-party tools “as-is.” Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
  8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
     We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions. Review their terms before interacting with them.
  9. SHOPIFY’S ROLE
     Anette Eriksson Design is hosted on Shopify, but all sales are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for our transactions, products, or services.
  10. PRIVACY POLICY
     Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.
  11. FEEDBACK
     You grant us the right to use any comments or feedback you submit, without compensation. Please ensure your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

     We may correct product or pricing errors at any time. This includes after orders are submitted.

     You may not use the Services for any illegal or abusive purpose, including spamming, hacking, or violating others' rights.

     We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services at any time. Terms such as Intellectual Property and Limitations of Liability survive termination.

     We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or products.
  17. INDEMNIFICATION
     You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
  18. SEVERABILITY
     If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms still applies.
  19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
     These Terms, along with our policies, form the full agreement between us.
  20. ASSIGNMENT
     You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
  21. GOVERNING LAW
     These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Sweden.
  22. CHANGES TO TERMS
     We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance.
