The download link is emailed as soon as you pay and stays in your account. Digital patterns can't be returned or exchanged.

Yarn

Sent tracked from our warehouse. Delivery time and cost for your country are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on where you live, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Kits

Packed and posted tracked from Sweden.

Ready-made garments

Posted tracked from Sweden within 1–3 working days.

Returns

Unused yarn, unopened kits and unworn garments can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, email info@anetteeriksson.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll put it right.

Your right to cancel

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This does not apply to digital patterns once the download link has been sent.
