About this pattern
A great summer coat made up in a mix of knitting and crochet. The knitted pieces use a simple pattern of drop stitch rows, garter stitch and double moss stitch, and the granny squares are crocheted separately and sewn on, four on the back and three on the right front. The fronts are different from each other, so follow the instructions for each one.
The back is finished with crochet, and the coat is sewn together at the end. I always recommend making a tension square before you start, and there is a short guide to it in the download, along with the stitches used.
Good to know:
Construction - a mix of knitting and crochet. The granny squares are crocheted separately and sewn on, and the fronts are different from each other
You will also need - 6 mm knitting needles and a 7 mm crochet hook
Substituting yarn - any yarn that knits to 16 sts x 20 rows over 10 cm in stocking stitch
